1. Acceptance
By using Stan Art & Quiz you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial use.
3. User content
You retain ownership of sketches and artwork you upload. By uploading content you grant the app a license to display and process the content within the app. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
4. In‑app purchases & subscriptions
Paid features are handled by your platform (App Store / Google Play). Refunds and billing are subject to the platform's policies.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the app to infringe on others' rights, post illegal content, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction.
