• User content: sketches and artwork you create or upload. By default these are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.

Stan Art & Quiz is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove the data where feasible.

8. Your rights & choices

• Access & correction: contact us to request access or correction of personal information.
• Deletion: request deletion of data we store on our servers by contacting support; local data on your device can be removed by deleting the app or removing sketches inside the app.
• Opt‑out: to opt out of analytics or personalized ads you can turn off tracking via your device settings or contact support for assistance.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

If you are outside the developer’s country, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.

11. App Store & platform disclosures

For App Store privacy metadata, the app may collect the following types of data: Usage Data (analytics, crash reports), User Content (uploaded sketches), and Diagnostics. Purchases and subscription status are handled by the platform and linked to your store account for billing purposes.
